There is a mod like that already, but its split in 4 "Pages". It contains 255 items for each "Page"

Yes. Unless you want Kulve Taroth weapons. For that you need another mod.

 

This is the mod, that will come closest to all items in the shop. It has all times though, you just have to switch file.
