Mod troubles Please help

Hello been having a few issues with my game since adding some mods was wondering if anyone can help. BTW, I have no clue about modding or stuff like that so Please any help is good help.

 

1. Male Elven, Breten and Redguard Faces turn black after alittle while.

2. Wearable lantern disappears only fire left.

3. Entering a house the walls, NPC's and my Character are gone only grey space and items left hanging.

4. Freezes at random points.

5. a lot of crashes to Desktop.

6. Follower sometimes just stand there and do not help fight or stay behind during battles.

Several others were dl'd from the steam workshop and the Nexus that were deleted via NMM cause they were either not working or caused major glitches such as Better males - Beautiful nudes and faces - New hairstyles so I will list everything dl'd from Nexus according to my dl history on nexus just incase something may not have been deleted. I cannot list the ones from the Workshop as some were unsubscribed.

To the best of my memory and it sucks I built this PC awhile back with my oldest sons help it's not top line just enough to get by cause can't afford a lot more (about a yr or so)....

 

ACPI x86-based PC

Forgot to mention if anyone knows a way i can get most of the mods that I had to delete to work with all my other mods please let me know i would really love to see much nicer looking characters.

 

Also, Adding a mod I found that may fix the face trouble I have yet to try it will tell all later....

You seem to have a lot of vanity type mods. Most likely some of them are trying to change the same things. Eyes, hair, faces, races and others that change the appearance of game characters & NPCs - try deactivating all of the vanity mods and see if it works better. NOTE: some race mods do make vanity changes also. Then just pick one of each type and find the one you like. Typically, if more than one mod changes the same thing, the last one loaded will overwrite the previous one. But as they don't overwrite every possible eye color and shape (for example) some of the previous mod may be left to cause problems.

 

The same principle holds for other types of mods also.

 

The Plugins page on the NMM shows the mods in load order, the Mods page shows them in alphabetic order. If you want to see the load order list that is passed to the game when you start it (This will show any mods that are not managed by NMM also) C:\users\your user name\AppData\Local\Skyrim\Plugins.txt. As it is already formated as .txt This can be copy/pasted directly into a forum post also :thumbsup:
