Windows 10 Processor Scheduling being set in "Program" is causing CTD every 1 hour

I accidentally ran Skyrim LE with Processor Scheduling set on "Program" instead of "Background Services(Which is my default setting)" after formatting my pc and started to encounter a crash every hour.

 

Did anyone encounter similar problem? Things went back normal after I switched back into Background Services but I want to be sure that It's due to Processor Scheduling not 231 plugins in my data folder.
