Can't use crafting tables

For some reason i can't use any of the crafting tables, like the workbench, forge, alchemy, tanning rack, enchantment table, or the grindstone i've tried the player.tai command but it didn't help.

 

and i just got skyrim legendary edition yesterday and got mods, and i just started a new game
