Mod rule question

I've created several face morphs for DA2 companions i'd like to share. In my override are 3 appearance folders from RLs characters and more. They contain every appearance mod on DA2 Nexus until that upload date, plus i added 'More Hairstyles for DA2 Part 1' by ViLiSSa. I made my facemorphs on the CC, with those mods in my override.

 

Do i have to contact all of those authors for permission to upload my facemorphs? Or can i state that those mods are needed for the morphs?

 

I only ask, because i'm not clear on the rules. I'm very new to modding. I didn't take someone's work and modify it. I use the appearance mods in my override. I'm not even sure which mods are needed for the facemorphs. I have 48 of them.

Hey there, Merlex;

 

The basic issue is: "Are you uploading someone else's material, or are you uploading material that requires someone else's to work correctly?"

 

If your mod needs another in order to work, simply note that in the Description, and provide a link.

 

If you've included another modder's work directly in yours, you need their permission to do so before posting it here.

Yes, thank you. That's what i thought, but i didn't what to get banned with my first mod. lol
