ILS on fast travel and cell change

Hello, everyone!

So, after playing Skyrim for a few hours yesterday, I started to get infinite loading screens EVERY time I try to fast travel anywhere or enter a new cell. I even get infinite loading screens when I try to coc somewhere. Up until now, it has been running completely fine with no issues whatsoever, so I have no idea what the problem is. I was able to go back to the latest save I had that worked fine, but then the issue appeared again after another couple hours of playing. I'm also getting this weird glitch where the world map is all rainbowy, and there are weird beams of light in the world as well. I had this problem a couple days ago, so I cleaned all my dirty plugins with SSE Edit, which seemed to fix that, but now the issue has returned along with the infinite loading screens. I've done so much digging on this issue and I can't seem to find much about fixing it. Even if it can't be fixed, I can live with that, but how can I prevent this from happening again? This is the first time I've ever played around with modding a game, so any helpful advice would be appreciated. Thank you for reading!
