Skaera75b
Silly request. I got sick of waiting for the announcer to start a fight, so I disabled both gates. Now I think that was a bad idea, so I'm pretty sure I need to use the 'enable' command to put them back. But what would I be enabling? I can't just click where the gate used to be and type enable in the console, can I? I mean- can somebody please tell me what to do?
LoginToDownload
Luckily, they're persistent references, so you can change them using their Form IDs in the console instead of needing to go into the Construction Set. Use the console commands 00091B73.enable and 00091B7F.enable.
Skaera75b
Thank you :) It was getting annoying. Although I'm getting 'not found' errors when I try that...
LoginToDownload
What happens if you activate the attached .esp? (It might take a few seconds) Also, I think the first Arena Form ID I gave was wrong, and they were both for the Grand Master Arena only.
Skaera75b
sadly, still no gates... thanks very much for trying, though. I wonder what on earth I did...
UnholyShadow
You could start a new game, get to the arena, bring up the console, click on the gates, write down both their ids, and go to your regular game and type enable whatevertheidsisforenemygate and enable whatevertheidisforyourgate. Skaera75b
I tracked the original IDs down using the CS, but for some reason nothing happened...
myrmaad
I tracked the original IDs down using the CS, but for some reason nothing happened... I'm skeptical of that method. track down a save game in the arena before you deleted them. Open the console, click on one of them, and write down the number that appears. Immediately load your new "disabled-gate" savegame, using Esc and then Load -> the game you want to enable-gates. Do not click on any object. When you bring up the console you should still have the same number on the screen. Type "enable" into the console, no quotes. Check if it worked, make a NEW savegame, then rinse and repeat for the other gate.
