Stronglav
SPOILERS!!! This is a mod request to skip the final part of Automatron DLC.Doing it for the first time was fun.But when u are going through the facility for the tenth time.... boring. So please if anyone can make a skip mod? I know there is a way to skip it by collecting tapes and then going back to the elevatorbut it doesnt work for me. dragonslayer2k12
The tenth time heh... Sometimes I skip playing this whole game because it feels like that. Only mods have kept me playing it for so long. I really wish the mechanist DLC didn't suck so bad I mean, what the hell am I gonna do with a bunch of brains in jars? I can't live down there eeeeewwwww!!!!! There should be a way to lock up all the doors again so we don't have to see all that creepy stuff so it wouldn't be so bad. I don't store PA down there since I deploy it all over the game world one set per settlement. I guess I could keep those custom mod added workshop benches down there but otherwise why use the location at all?

I'll have to do a save and then give the command, just to see what happens. The only solution now seems to be console commands to complete the quest. I don't know the results of that either. For the record, I can now beat the machinist boss battle in about 4 minutes. Before talking to Isabel I mine the entire room, then get in a corner and start lobbing mini-nukes. That's not lore friendly, but I think I've had that battle about 25 times now.
