Looting CTD

hey pls help me my skyrim crashes when i loot.

Just kidding. Hello everyone willing to help. I have somewhat 80 mods active and am getting CTDs upon entering barter inventory and such. The most confusing to me is that it's not 100%. Sometimes I can browse through inventory like it's nobody's business and sometimes it just crashes before I even get to see SKY UI.

I TES5Edit-ed all the mods LOOT told me might have conflicts. LOOT now says there's 0 errors and 0 warnings. I cleaned my save of orphaned scripts. I tried making a new game. I am running out of options. Last thing that comes to my mind is mod conflicts. I can't for the love of me figure out what mods might not work together and result in CTD upon entering inventory.

I got the idea that ETaC might conflict with Open cities but the author of ETaC specifically states that it doesn't conflict and needs no patch. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
