I originally wanted to something like this for Mount & Blade were you can married but not have children, however there is not much of modding base for that kind of think of M&B. So I decided to go for fallout as I know that a few people have made pregnancy meshes for fallout so it can be done. This could work for Oblivion or Skyrim as well.
