Crashing while transitioning to different areas

Last year I had to throw away a 30 hour save because it had been f***ed up so badly after I uninstalled mods and stuff.

 

I came back and have started a fresh new one, it's at 8 hours and I'm already experiencing crashing with this one. Sometimes happens when I fast travel or transition from one area to the next. Everything is cleaned up with LOOT, SSEEdit, ReSaver, etc.

I have no experience with Skyrim SE, but your load order is not really good. I also would try to run Skyrim SE without the mod ClimatesOfTamriel.

Depends on your PC system, some mods can be too much. And I see you are using a modmanager for installation to switch mods on/off.

 

You could also see into papyrus logfile, what was happen before game was crashing.

Next could also help: open console by pressing key ^ and use these commands

to find out hanging scripts or papyrus engine stack trouble.
