Need help fixing crashes.

Been having crashes after downloading and installing mods for Skyrim SE. atm im sitting at 200 mods exactly, i use vortex mod manager and Loot to sort, both vortex and Loot isn't giving any compatibility or any other warnings, i have two types of crashing 1 random out of nowhere crashes and 2 when leaving buildings or entering buildings, i don't think i'm crashing because of hardware i have a medium rig, i have all of my drivers up to date and have checked multiple times for verification, and i have windows 8.1 pro, cpu is I5-4570 3.20 ghz, 8gb Ram on two sticks, and a Toshiba 2tb hardrive and my samsung 860 evo which i run my fallout 4 and skyrim on and gpu is a gtx 1060 6 gb version, i have no crashing issues playing any of my other games except for SSE with mods so i'm assuming it's a mod related crash.
