No Doors in Interiors + Interiors in Cities leading to Overworld

One of the issues I've had (other than random crashing, which I've learned to live with at this point) with this modlist that I haven't been able to solve is that in Chorrol specifically, in the Grey Mare, there is no door to the city cell once I'm in the interior. It's completely gone and only leads to a black void you can't interact with. The other issue (that I think is related) is that most interiors in Chorrol do have functioning doors for leaving the interior cell, however they lead to "The Great Forest", the overworld. This overworld is still technically in Chorrol, but it's essentially an Open Cities version of it, with a glitchy main gate that seems to lead to the proper Chorrol interior.

I don't actually have Open Cities though. I figure this is caused by either Better Cities, Oblivion Uncut or Immersive Interiors, potentially a combination of the three. I've tried various fixes, such as disabling plugins in sections. This just causes an infinite loading screen though, making that impossible. Using Wyre Bash and BOSS for creating a bashed patch and sorting my load order. I'd be grateful for an explanation for this as it's probably related to the various patches I have (or don't) for some of the mods to work together.

Update:

Solved, though not in the most efficient way. Both issues are only present on that particular save, starting a new game after some basic automatic load order sorting seems to have returned the doors and removed the overworld bug.

Doors are usually stored inside your save game once you first met them inside your game. Installing or removing mods later will not affect them then, even if the mods would do. For example having Open Cities, or similar, installed at any point, chances are high you'll have the wrong doors "baked" into your save game, when you uninstall it later. Only a cell reset (usually being somewhere else and waiting 3+ days in game time) "might" be able to fix it. Those mods like Better Cities / Open Better Cities / Open Cities and such don't have "scripted" means to move all doors after install / before uninstall without very good reason though.

I've narrowed it down to me perhaps accidentally enabling the "Open Better Cities" option in the Better Cities ingame menu and hence it led to a glitchy, hybridised looking "open" Chorrol, especially since it's set to "closed" on my new save and the issue is no longer present.
