Adding/Editing Enemy Spawn Markers

Is there a safe, effective, easy way to either move and/or create new Enemy Spawn Markers? I have several settlements that I re-did in the Creation Kit and I would like to ensure that enemies do not spawn inside the settlement area. I do notice that the vanilla Egret Tours Marina does a good job spawning enemies a considerable distance away from the settlement, while Somerville Place does a poor job. Do all settlements even have Enemy Spawn markers? I guess before I look at a settlement that does have them and add them to a settlement that doesn't, or one that needs them moved outside the settlement area, I want to know if problems will occur in doing so? There are several different base game spawning systems which use different markers or more properly LinkedRef keywords to find them: WorkshopLinkCenter, WorkshopLinkSpawn, WorkshopLinkAttackMarker

 

Some base game Workshops do not have some of the markers (Airport, Bunker, Spectacle)
