dubiousintent Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 When you say "encountered the NCR deserters": how did you resolve the situation? You need to use one of the three possibilities given for resolving the "A Team of Moronic Mercenaries" quest, and then after 3 days (default "cell refresh" timer) the casino should re-open. I'm also using Vicious Wastes which I think messes with the timescale.
