LE Automatic Player Height Camera Change.

I was wondering if someone could make a mod that could automatically change the player's first person camera to fit the race that the player is playing? I know that there are mods out there that can change the player's camera height but I don't always play a single race for a long time and when I transition from High Elf to Wood Elf I always have to manually go into the meshes and alter the camera.
