Game crashes on startup

Every time i open skyrim it just ctd's. I have already cleaned every dirty esp and esm with sseedit and i've already checked if any checkbox was orange or red in wrye bash and they are all green. LOOT doesn't show any warnings or errors so i have no idea what's wrong with my game. Here's my load order:

process of elimination my friend.. hopefully you are using MO2 and can selectively activate your mods. the load order you have gave me a headache lmao but thats my own OCD kicking in, I cant say for sure what could be causing the issue but i would try starting the game with about 10-15 mods enabled, if all goes well then enable the next 10-15 and so on, eventually being able to narrow down the issue.

 

Sorry man thats the best advice a novice like myself can offer.

Generally, I've found that immediate CTD is related to SKSE DLL incompatibilities. That's the first place I'd look.
