Fallout 4 resets all mods on loading of save.

Hey guys, I saw people having this issue and.. well.

I'm having the same issue. I was so proud of myself after installing a whopping amount of mods and having zero CTDs and only one instance of blackface that I fixed instantly. I'm so put down that this is happening. I started my game, loaded it later and found I was having this issue where mods all reset and reinitialize themselves. I spend over a week installing all of this, adding to almost 30 total hours. Please don't tell me I have to reinstall everything. I don't know if there actually is a mod/plugin limit, if so.. is it possible to merge all plugins into one big plugin? I'm guessing not. I have a large amount of mods and won't deny that, but the game itself actually works so well besides this. I really hope somebody has a solution.

sounds like you have a conflict. try disabling one mod at a time to see which one is causing mods to resetting in your load order There is a hard limit of 256 mods so it best if you can to use ESL versions where possible. yes you can merg some mod's into one but not as easy as you think.

I have 301 plugins, but 200-ish mods in MO2. Shoudln't it instantly CTD if I went over the mod limit?

Edit: Seems I was definitely over the limit! Do you happen to know which one of these have ESL versions? I'd really rather not reinstall everything all over, but I do want to save some room.
