RS13
I'm using the Shadowscale armor and it's incredible exceeeeept that when I look down in first person I can see the armor. I find this incredibly annoying. Does anyone know how I would go about fixing this? I assumed that setting the first person model to a blank nif would fix it, but crashed the game, so I guess that's not it. Any ideas?
doereoh
Are you using XPMSSE for SSE, or perhaps XP32 for Oldrim? If so try using the "reinstall" option on vortex, and then use "replace". Towards the end of the choices in the setup there's an option for "Joy of Perspective" compatabillity. Make sure it's disabled. I'm also assuming that you don't have any type of immersive 1st person mods??Anyways I noticed that if i have that option on in XPMSSE, some of the higher quality armor mods will display my chest, a generously chesty chest at that!Hope that fixes it for you...if not, I'm sorry and good luck! RS13
I'm sorry, I should have explained that this is the default behavior for the Shadow Scale Armor. This is a function of the way that mod is designed, not a function of interaction with some other mod. Even if Shadow Scale Armor is the only mod you have installed, you will still see the armor when you look down. What I want to know is how to change this? I assume it has something to do with the first person model of the armor, but I can't quite figure it out.
