LE ESP to ESM need help converting it

I finished my Evil Overlord Tower Quest v5 but I cant make it into ESM files. None of programs I use works :( I need tose in ESM form so I can fix grey head bug

 

Also I added one of my favorite mods there to make it into ESM as well. Mod is not mine but I dont plan uploading it as mine. I just wanna fix bug for myself XD

You should be able to just do the CTRL+F4 to fix the NPC facetints from your ESP in most cases; more often than not you don't need to ESMify. Regarding changing ESP to ESM, have you tried using either Wrye Bash (copy to ESM) or TESVSnip (save as master, then open in CK, save, and it will set the bit properly)? You can do with either of those.

The simplest thing is to use Wrye Bash function, copy to ESM. Keeps your ESP intact so you can edit and copy it to ESM again. Remember that you also have to copy the face meshes and textures into new files named for the esm. Or export them from the esm after you make it. Ctrl-F4 works equally well for both. If you are having problems, I would suspect that you have face mods active that prevent it from working. Deactivate all face and body mods, use Ctl-F4 and then you can activate them again.

Thanks for help. I used Wyre Bash. I had to get it few times before I got working one. now all works well. As for Ctrl and F4 it only works for ESM files ;(

 

If anyone wants to see my project fell free to chek it out ;) I puted ESM files as main but anyone who likes to play with esp files then their are optional
