LE Requesting Bard Music Mod (editable)

Hey guys. I'd like to ask if it's possible for someone to create a mod to change up the bard's music.
Of course, it has already been done - however not in the way I'd like it. And unfortunately I wouldn't have a clue how to get around in the creation kit myself.

There's the "play as bard" mod or a mod that actually replaces the bard's music, however I'd like to actually be able to choose my OWN music yet not play it myself.
Some mods already do this, where you convert mp3/wav to xmw and put it in a folder and boom it works. I would like to know if someone could do that with bards.(if it's possible)

And if it's not, I'd like to request a tutorial on how to edit bard's music selection so I can make them play the music, the more difficult way. (.fuz / .lip?)
