Missing Crafting Menu?

So, I recently got Complete Crafting Overhaul, and I noticed something odd in my smithing menu. So, with Immersive Weapons, it adds an additional "Nordic" smithing menu for all sorts of miscellaneous weapons like the Arming Sword and the Captain's Cutlass (in addition to the actual Nordic menu added in Dragonborn). These items are still in the game; for instance, Adrianne Avenicci is still equipped with a Captain's Cutlass. For some reason, though, the menu no longer appears. Is it CCO doing it? Or perhaps another mod? Load order is as follows, if that helps.
