Skyrim SE: weird black blocks around icecrystal (magic) and missing Mountain Texture near Helgen

Hi, i have two problems i cant get around alone.

 

1. Im getting weird black blocks around icecrystal when i or a npc is using a frost/ice magic spells that creates a icecrystal.

I really cant get anything logical out of xedit this time too.

Has anyone a idea what to do?

Im using Transparent and Refracting Icicle and Frost Atronach and Enb light and deadly spell impacts but deleting impact nifs didnt change anything.

2. Im also having a big missing mountain texture (?) bug near Helgen at a road and xedit tells me its from skyrim.esm. I use Helgen Reborn and Majestic Mountains in that area.

Is there any chance to fix this?

1. was solved thanks to mindflux.

It was mpsfrostshardsimpact01.nif in folder mps.

Deleting this fixed it.

Dont know where it came from anymore.

I was searching for days and it drove me crazy in my otherwise almost perfect setup.

I did and had this issue again in my new setup. lol, glad it helped. Its in ENB light. I think its a mesh conflict between Arctic Frost effects and Enb Light.

Sadly the Enb Light installation and file structure still is a pain. Love the mod though
