Shadow Stripping on Actors

I switched over to SSE but I can't get my Shadows look decent. I fiddled around with my INIs but it makes no change. Without ENB it looks even worse.

iShadowMaskQuarter=4

 

fShadowDistance=8000.0000

 

I also tried ShadowBiasScale 0,1 and 2 - no difference.

The YouTube Codec makes it a littel harder to see but you can still see it if you look closely around her chin.
