Sword swings in Slow-Motion

Hey. I have a problem stated in the Title... I don't know since

when i have it but here's the thing:

 

If i equip a normal 1H or 2H Sword the swing Animation is in complete Slow-Motion.

Didn't tested it with other Weapons like Maces or Axes but i'm pretty sure i have

the same problem as well.

I'm pretty sure one of these Mods is changing the speed or does just conflict with the Game.

Maybe someone have a clue..
