He sleeps every day and occasionally lays over in Caldera to sell a pile of loot to Creeper. The layover takes about 3 days even though I'm running a mod that gives Creeper 50,000 gold. My highest was over 1200 days because it was a fun char with like 99999 health etc... Then i didn't heal for ages and did this and that, so after a while i had only 400 health left.
