SSE An alternate mod like Frostfall Idea

Hi there i was thinking that i have a bit of idea for an alternate mod that could prehabs be something better than Frostfall is i feel like frostfall does go to much into gameplay and also the think it require Campfire to work is just uselles to me because for example i never did build campfire in my playghthrough.Also the thing that you need to download Unofficiall patches to make it work proparly and the autor of it also seems to abondand the mod. So i fell it is time for something little better and not so extensive as Frostfall. So i was thinking on something more Streamlight

It would depends on what type of weather it is and you would get some Debuff upon it

For Example

If it Rain you will get slower movement speed and Stamina Regeneration Debuff

In Snow Blizzard

You would move much slower and get Magic Regeneration debuff

 

Just a little mod that would make you more aware of a surroding weather and dosent force you so much to built some campfire or anything like that.

If someone want to build a mod upon this idea do as you please i would be glad to see that.

And also i think it would be nice to make it prehabs compatibille with mods like Skyrim Heartrate and Cobb Encumbrance. Just a little tought i had while i was playing with Frostfall.

Also the think that certain type of armors have certain type of protection rate make it so even when you want to use some armors you basicly cant because their protection is almost eaquile to zero. I know you can manually change it but it just feel like a cheat i think.
