I want to place a poison on an NPC and have them die after 30-60 sec (real time). If you wouldn't mind making it that is. You may have better luck if you post this as a new request. I haven't fired up Skyrim for a long time, and probably won't for a while yet. If it helps anyone, all the source code for my mods are included.
