Skyrim legendary edition most mods wont work

Hi everyone , its been 4 year since i played skyrim and used mods for it , so i dont know what to do anymore !

i got these mods for my skyrim legendary edition but either the game wont lunch, or when i start trying them one by one some of them wont work or have buggs!

Static mesh improvement
Enhanced blood textures
SkyUI
Enhanced textures detail(UV-Tweaks)
Total Character makeover
Noble skyrim
HD photorealistic ivy
Skyrim 3D rocks
Skyrim 3D landscapes
Relationship Dialogue Overhaul
Realistic Waters two
More hairstyles

i downloaed all of them through Vortex

and with SKSE i dont know how should i use it ! at least way back then it was simple now it doesn't work ! i get the SE or VR files but they dont work at all ! the classic one work but it doesn't enable mods like SKYUI

and mods like Static mesh and 3D rocks they creat bugs in the game , instead of textures i get bug red and white icons!!! even unofficial skyrim patch wont work alone ! dont know what to do please help
i would say it is the load order but even ONE MOD alone doesnt work most of the time

Uhh... ok.

 

You keep saying "Legendary Edition" yet the first mod you list is the unofficial patch for "Special Edition". If you really mean Legendary edition then get mods that are for legendary edition, and SKSE for legendary edition.

 

You cannot mix the two different editions.
