I'm desperately trying to get "The Gift" misc quest from Vingalmo, (the one where you turn your spouse into a vampire) and the only quests I get from him are the New Allegiances quests, even after I've completed all 3. Could someone make "The Gift" not radiant, so that I can just ask him about it with a question "What about my spouse?", and initiate the quest, without being directed to him? I've tried to activate the quest with cheats, completed around 30 radiant vampire lord quests, and it still didn't work. David Brasher Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 (edited) You could try changing the quest data of quest DLC1RV06 so that it is Event: None and the "Start Game Enabled" box is checked. You might need to change every single dialog info ID condition in quest DLC1RV06 from GetIsAliasRef QuestGiver == 1 to GetIsID DLC1Vingalmo == 1 I am not sure that this would work, but it is worth a shot. I should mention that there could also be side effects. It might also be that if this does not start the quest for you, it might make your SetStage console code that you tried earlier so that it works. Maybe there is a way to make some sort of a script that will activate the quest?When I use setstage 10 and then getstage it tells me that the quest stage is 10, but it doesn't update the journal, and I still can't turn the spouse (Jenassa from Whiterun) into a vampire.EDIT: Scripts don't seem to work either.
