thumbincubation Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 I can't remember which mod, but I believe I recall someone trying that, around Dragon Bridge. One of the expansions. My guess is it would require the noose to be static with collision, so it could be permanently affixed, and then objects could rest upon it, but that would require stiffening the body so it wouldn't go limp. Maybe a standing draugr, skinned as a recently deceased NPC? You might also experiment with melding a noose with weapon/shield racks, and see if you can make a body/shield to place on it.
