Follwer duplicates after fast travling.

I followed this tutorial to make an NPC follower during a specific part of a quest.

 

No matter what, every time I fast travel, the npc duplicates.

 

The duplicate of the NPC has a different form id from the original after duplicating, and the CS claims that the single npc has two uses.

 

I downloaded the NPC companion esp from that tutorial and there are no problems with that one.

 

It is NOT the form id bug, I'm patched for that and have like 80 hours, and i did not go from SI to cyrodil without using the door.

 

Anyone know what's up? I can send the ESP.
