fallout 4 freezes then makes the pc freeze and mouse beeps every movement

Can someone help me? I'm running a modded Fallout 4, and the thing is once in a while Fallout 4 freezes, and when it freezes, other apps open becomes unresponsive, the keyboard doesn't react to anything I press, the mouse lags, every movement a beeping noise is heard, until my PC BSODs and it restarts.

 

Anyone find this situation familiar? I don't use a controller so XInput drivers are out of the picture.
