I would simply like to have more heistable locations like the vault in markarth. That or improve the loot gain from breaking and entering in vanilla areas. There is no incentive for role playing as a thief outside of the guild quest line and I find that kind of dull.

There is a leveled list that determines what crappy items go in cupboards, barrels and sacks. Alter the list so there's a VERY small chance some jewelry or whatever other expensive loot can spawn.
