Forced into 1st person when crafting, and locks controls temporarily

This is a complex issue, so bear with me.

 

I can enter a crafting station in either first or third person, and I will get either first or third person crafting animations, respectively. The problem comes when I exit the crafting station when the first person animations are playing. Exiting crafting stations while the third person animations are playing works smoothly, but my controls lock up temporarily when I exit it with the first person animations playing.

I'm also forced into the first person animations whenever I craft something in third person, so I basically can't craft anything without having to wait for like 10-20 seconds after leaving the station.

 

This became very annoying while I was trying to build my Hearthfire house.

 

I recently switched from Nexus Mod Manager to Vortex, so the issues may stem from that. My load order is attached, and I'll try to get my papyrus log.

Update: Fixed it.

 

I just messed around with some 3PCO settings and it worked. Turned off all of the automatic first/third person switching
