Trouble

When you finish the prove your strength mission for the skoal , how do you continue the quest, because he keeps saying that he'll speeck to me later but he never does so what do i do before he talks to me again.

I am sure this is answered in another thread but I can't remember it.

 

If by HE you mean the guy in the Skaal village, Tharsten Hart-Fang, he doesn't talk to you again until almost at the end of the main quest. While you are in the hall there there should be a disturbance outside. When you investigate you find that there are werewolves in the village. Having begun to dispose of them you are told they are in the Hall. You return as the guard in the hall is killed. Tharsten is missing.

 

In the other thread I mentioned, the poster states that the quest continuation never came. No one has found a definite reason yet. The last suggestion I saw was that the Skaal guard who reports the disturbance had been killed by the poster. Is that possible with you?

When i was in the hall i heard the noises but when I got outside nothing special was happening.

There is no need to double post you know! Hearing the noises is not enough. A guard speaks and tells you that there are werewolves in the village or words to that effect. If you leave the hall before the message is delivered there are no werewolves.

 

It happened to me once. I think all I had to do was go back into the hall and wait for the message but I may be remembering wrongly. Because of the potential for crashes I save often and I may have reverted to the previous save.

 

Check the other thread and see if that helps at all, if not it is back to the save I'm afraid.
