David Brasher Posted September 1, 2012 Share Posted September 1, 2012 (edited) This is not exactly what you are looking for, but the level scaling removal overhaul Skyrim Scaling Stopper has one patch which makes it so most of the NPCs except for uniquely named characters are women: Men Not Usually Warlike.
