LE weapons rechage over time

Hey guys

 

i know that there is a mod for Oblivion that makes weapons recharge their charges over time, so you don't have to pay or use soul gems to restore the charges

and i've heard that it works like that in Morrowind (though i don't know if that's true)

 

now, i think that something like this should be a slow recharge, as to make it as far from cheating as possible

 

another thought is to give you a spell that charges your weapon, with a rather big cost to magicka

 

so, does anyone know of such a mod, or is interested in trying to make one??
