Suggest you PM a moderator or "Pickysaurus" directly with such as question for their official decision.

However, my unofficial opinion (I am not affiliated with Nexus, and I am not a lawyer) based upon a plain reading of the law is that any cinematic work is protected for at least 50 years from the copyright date, and that includes EVERYTHING in the film (to include sound effects). Individual elements can be protected for 70 years after the end of the year in which the last co-author of a work dies. There are ways in which those copyright expiration dates can be extended.

Nexus is located in the UK so their law governs. Previous statements by the staff on similar questions is that their position is "we do not choose to risk litigation".
