Serious lag in the game's interiors

If it was system requirements, then the game would lag everywhere, not just indoors. Hence Fellout is the cause from globally adjusting the radius of lights. You want to prove it then load your Fellout up with FO3 edit, then open the tree, right click the one that is named light, remove, yes remove this an all records it contains. Hit Ctrl S to save. This will reset those lights to the vanilla settings the developers came up with according to the light optimization application included in the SDK.

With F3Edit remove .ESM flag from Alternate Travel and place it in the right place.

 

Atmospheric mods like Fellout should be absolutely last. And I recommend you using Dynamic Weather or The Mergers version of Fellout.

 

Fix your load-order with BOSS and change some things manually, see FOIP page for help.

Some .esp files are marked as .esm to avoid conflicts. I think the author marked it as an .esm for a reason and I don't think it needs to be changed (I may be completely wrong, since I am a total newbie at this modding thing). I will look into BOSS though, since it's something I have never used before and could prove useful.

BOSS changed some stuff around and it looks to be working. Great.

 

Removing Fellout did wonders. Thanks for that advice, I would've never guessed it.
