texture problem

I am working on my first mod, a race mod. Just retexturing. But I have a weird problem, every time I modify a texture with photoshop and save it as a dds file, it gets cut in half. Like when I save a face file, half of the face texture just disappears.

 

It also happens with body textures.

 

Ingame it looks like this:

She should have a tattoo on her forehead, as you see it looks nothing like that.

 

Anyone know what is happening? I modified textures before, with the same photoshop version and the same dds plug-ing (Nvidia dds plugin for photoshop), and i didn't have problems.

 

Edit: Problem solved, had to make mip maps.
