And does a city that can hold off a large powerful army truly have that humble of ambitions? Nothing is set in stone still. Flipout6 Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 I'm not complaining about political motives or anything, I mean that the power of the city and army combined can swamp the rest of Cyrodiil with barely a hitch, (considering that Vulviing acts as mobile artillery.) and even if every other city all banded together, it would be horrendously difficult to even take over the town, let alone get through the army, and I personally find that as OP. Not tryin' to start a flame war or anything, but I'm just speakin' my piece. (I haven't even taken that other town into consideration, I think it's Anvil, but im not sure.)
