Skyrim SE says its loading from the arrow but it never loads up to where you click "continue" or "new game

so, ive been having a problem with vortex i just got it and have been following a tutorial from Ultimate immersion for his micro vortex modpack installation guide and completely finished the tutorial but when i click on the game doesn't load past the screen with the skyrim logo on the left side and the tiny loading wheel in the bottom right corner i tried giving it time i let it run over night and still was just loading my game never gets past that stage not even to the "continue" "options" ect. part. i tired starting up Skyrim SE without an mods on vortex and the same exact thing is happening Please if anyone can help me i'm very bad with pc's and fixing problems so anything helps.

If this is a new Skyrim SE install - Bethesda just updated Skyrim SE. Compatible mods are not ready yet.
