Infinite startup and crash when loading in a new game

I just reinstalled skyrim special edition and got some mods for it, if i use only the texture mods the game works fine but i as soon as i get into the mods that modify the script or anything like that the game just stops working, i would really appreciate it if some one could help me out.

P.S: I am a noob when it comes to modding.
P.S.S: I already cleaned the files using ssedit and sorted the load order with loot.
