Large request incorperating several mods

Lets get down to business.

 

I would like a mod that adds several new areas, real time base upgrading and defense, end battle effects, quests, and would incorporate items from several other mods.

 

The mod would be about a group called the Wasteland Republic, a group I made up in fallout 3, to symbolically unite cities and form a new nation, in prewar military and social ideals.

Since the time of Fallout 3, WRA (wasteland Republic army) troops have moved along the south of the united states, using vertibirds to establish control over key cities, locations, and regions. I currently use the R91 assault rifle, and either combat armor/helmet or the R91 and Dragonscale armor/tactical helmet for the soldiers. There is much more detail on the military structure that I wont go into unless requested.

 

A large majority of the forces in new Vegas are actually scouts of the WRAAF (army air force) or AEF (army expeditionary force) Longsword. Upon arrival, NCR anti-aircraft batteries on the dam assumed they were hostile and opened fire. an estimated 73% of the forces were shot down, estimated 29% of those led to low survival crashes.

-Locate crash survivors

 

-Reinforce main position

 

-locate/reinforce key positions

 

-recover captured personnel/materiel/tech

 

-aid local populations

 

-take out NCR officers/bases/patrols/outposts/AA batteries

 

-Aid player in final battle (this is something that would set the mod apart!!!)

Finally I understand that this is a large undertaking, but I am really happy to finally put this idea out there, and I would always be available for questions about the content.
