Game crashes when starting new game

I just finished reinstalling Skyrim SE after rebuilding my PC, and it ran find without issues without mods. After installing my mods (about 57 of them), the game crashes every time I hit new game (doesn't even make it to the character creation screen, I am using alternate starts due to one of the mods I have causing the seizure effect on opening cart ride). I have double checked every single mod, and as far as I can tell, they all are compatible with one another, and are up to date with the latest version of the game (1.5.80.0). Any help figuring out the cause of the crash would be appreciated.

 

Before anyone asks, yes I have already cleaned the masters, as well as recommended cleans of mods per LOOT's recommendations with SSEEdit. I have also ran FNIS to update the behaviors with the relevant boxes ticked: "Gender Specific Animations", "Skeleton Arm Fix", "HKX File Compatibility", and "DServant's "Archery Gameplay Overhaul"" (last one says it is not available for SSE, yet I downloaded it from the SSE mod page on here)
