Increasing Skill Level up to 150

Hello

Is there a way to increase the maximum skill level a player can reach from 100 right now to 150 ?

For instance, right now any Skill like Alchemy for example, after reaching level 100 you wont be able to go above that and you wont be able to get any experience after that and level up, what I have tested is that you get 16 levels after reaching level 100 in Alchemy. What I would like to do if possible is to increase the maximum level more than 100 and player still gets more experience and gain more levels.

If this is impossible to be done, can I increase the amount of experience I get till level 100 in Alchemy so I get more than 16 levels after reaching level 100 ? in another words, lets say i would like the player to reach level 20 or so instead of level 16 after reaching level 100 in his skill.
