Kingdom Come Deliverance Apex ENB installation problem

Hello,

Please can someone help me with installation of Apex Enb+reshade?

I downloaded enb 0.360, and did everything what was in description.
Then I downloaded file Apex_ENB_1.2 and again did what was in description.
After these two steps I downloaded reshade.

But I dont not know what to do next. Should I start reshade and put to preset file Anex.ini?
And if I start the game should I do something else or it is all?
Because when I launch the game and press shift+enter I see a lot of options but nowhere is Apex setting.
