AIM in VATS and NPC aim issue

ok, so IDK what to do. So when I in VATS, my char right before shooting, stars to Look Up or even Down, and it shoots at the sky or at the ground. Same with NPC, when they aiming (sometimes) they start shooting up o down same way.

Here is my Mod list, anyone have this problem too??

So, i couldnt shoot that lil moment in VATS, so ill made a exact pose, that my char does often right before shooting in VATS, and NPC does that occasionally,
