Black clouds

Recently noticed this issue. I have black clouds in various locations. The first time I noticed it was outside of Bleak Falls Barrow; the wind blowing across the ground, which is normally snowy, looked like black smoke instead. In this picture is the second time that I noticed it:

In this ^ picture it is 7 am. In the picture below it is 12 noon, and the effect is gone.
